Mike Bernard Sutton

My Dad Mike Sutton was a very special person, he was kind, thoughtful and loving, that's to name but a few of his strengths. As for weaknesses I don't think My Dad had any.
As I write this on 27th March 2008, we buried My Dad 18 years ago to the day...and I still miss him so much. It has got easier with time but there are days when I wish so much that he was here. He died of sudden heart attack aged 53 years young. I will never forget the day my brother came round to break the bad news.
My Dad was the steward for The Royal British Legion in Partington, he was well known and well loved by lots of people. He worked there for 14 years and he loved his work.
He was also a keen golfer and was a member of Mere Golf and Country Club, he would be the first to admit that he wasn't very good but loved the sport.
My dad came from a large family, he also had lots of children and he loved each of them equally and dearly.
There are times when I can feel his presence and that is very comforting to me. I miss you dearly Dad, I hope you like the flowers I buy you every birthday and anniversary. You were my rock and I like to thing that you have passed many of your strengths on to me and I'm proud to be your daughter. Throughout my life without you I have come across many obstacles and upsets but I know that you are with me somewhere. There isn't a day goes by when I don't think about you. Love you dearly Dad. XxX
